HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: In consideration for leasing the Property to the club as set forth above, the Undersigned Individual(s) shall hold harmless Edward J., Evelyn M. and Michael E. Shea and their agents, directors, officers, employees, Hill Country Bowhunters and it’s Officers (The Released Parties) from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, suits, actions, or claims of any character, type or description whatsoever, sustained by any person or persons (including Released Parties) or property, arising out of, or occasioned by, the direct or indirect act or failure to act of any club member, guest, any invitee, agent or employee of the club. Furthermore, none of the Released Parties shall be liable to the Undersigned Individual(s), club member, any guest, visitors or invitees of the forgoing, or to any other person, for damage to person or property due to defects or hazards in or on the property identified as Hill Country Bowhunters range, regardless of whether or not any defect or hazard may be attributed to negligence of any of the Released Parties. The Undersigned Individual(s) accepts the Range as suitable for the purpose herein stated, accepts the duty and obligation to inspect the property and waives defects or hazards therein and agrees to hold the Released Parties harmless from all claims for any damage.
