Hello everyone, we hope you all had an amazing hunting season, and are ready for an epic 3D season!
Before we can begin the new season, it is time once again to elect some new officers. The list of names you see are those that have expressed their desire to serve in each position.
However, if you would like to be an officer, it is not too late. If you would like to run for an office, you must inform us by February 20th.
Please note that you must be a current paid member of HCB to be included on the ballet. If all of the candidates remain unopposed after the deadline, the list will be finalized as it stands and these will be your new club officers.
If you think you’re interested in becoming an officer, but just aren’t sure of the commitment required or the job duties involved, we highly encourage you to become a volunteer in the position that you’re interested in. We can always use extra help and would be happy to have you as an apprentice! This would be an excellent way to become familiar with a position that you would like to hold in the future.
Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing all of your at our first shoot of the season on February 22nd.

Our Annual Fun Shoot is Coming up!

Our Annual Fundraising Fun Shoot is just around the corner!
This event is very important to our organization as it helps us to fund the majority of our Youth Hunt Program. ALL proceeds from the Fun Shoot will be used to send kids on hunts! They have been working hard all year to earn their spots, so please help us reward them.
Beyond the fundraising, though, this is the most FUN you will have at our shoots all year!
The 3D course will be set up “hunting” style… which means tricky shots that you could encounter in a true hunting situation. Last year we had a “running” bear!
Additionally, we will have Raffle drawings, a Silent Auction, and Games to test your skill even further. Pictures from last year’s event can be seen here.
Oh… and there is always tasty food to be had as well.
So clear your schedule, make plans to attend, and bring your friends!

We are still looking for sponsors and donations for the fun shoot.
Targets can be sponsored for $100 each. Sponsored targets will be labeled with the donor or business’s name.
Likewise, goods and services can be donated for the raffle and auction. They don’t have to be hunting related. In past years, donations have included massage packages, restaurant gift certificates, home decor, fishing equipment, dog supplies, toys, jewelry, and of course hunting accessories… just to name a few.

Sizes range from Small – 4X (adult sizes only).
Availability may vary due to higher demand of certain sizes.
We also have a limited inventory of our old t-shirts
(gray & pink) that we will be selling at a reduced cost.

Officer Elections Are Coming Up!

It’s that time of year that we need to elect some new officers. We will be having a club meeting during our March shoot. The meeting will start at 3pm and we will be covering general club business as well as elections. Our open positions are Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant 3D Director and Awards Director. If you or someone you know would like to become more involved with HCB please contact us so that we may give you more information.
